Pascal Academy was established in 2021, when many employers had to sadly let go of staff due to the unfortunate events of the Covid pandemic. Its owner and director, Richard Pascal, having had a successful career in healthcare recruitment, saw an opportunity in the industry, where he could help talented individuals secure employment, whilst aiding the shortage of recruitment consultants in the industry. 

We specialise in finding candidates with raw talent to introduce to our recruitment industry clients. We want to offer our clients the opportunity to work with fresh talent and we will assist with the training, coaching and development to ensure the candidates have a good foundation to start from.  
We believe that it shouldn’t be about “who you know”, but rather what skills, characteristics and added value one can offer any business. We want to give the right people a stepping- stone into the industry, so if we believe you have what it takes, we will give you the tools you need to succeed.  
In return, we deliver to our clients, trained individuals who are excited by the opportunity they would not necessarily have been given had they not applied to Pascal Academy, and are motivated by the financial incentives and prospects the industry has to offer.   
Pascal Academy was setup based on evidence that with the right training and development, inexperienced candidates can adapt very quickly and achieve excellent results. Besides, we were all once inexperienced and amateurs in our craft so why not give another the same opportunity that was given to you.   

The purpose of Pascal Academy is to find people who have potential and the skills needed to have a successful career in healthcare recruitment. We appreciate how challenging it can be for someone without experience to secure a job in the recruitment industry, because some employers may not be in a position to offer the necessary training. With this in mind, we offer our clients the opportunity to use the Academy as a resource to bridge that gap and enable them to tap into a reserve of newly trained and motivated candidates, who are waiting to hit the ground running. 

In summary, we will give you a 2 week crash course into the healthcare recruitment industry and secure paid employment with one of our London City based clients.
